Terms & Refund Policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
Thank you for choosing Selah Seed. These terms explain how buying from selahseedkids.com works: what you get, how you may use our lessons, and what to do if something isn’t right. We’ve tried to keep them short and in plain language.
1. Who we are
This website and shop are run by Selah Seed, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands. You can find our full company details (address and Chamber of Commerce number) on our Privacy page. You can always reach us at hello@selahseedkids.com.
These terms apply to every purchase made on selahseedkids.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.
2. Our products
Selah Seed sells digital products: children’s Bible lessons and bundles delivered as downloadable PDF files. Nothing is shipped by mail. Each product page describes what’s included, such as the number of lessons, worksheets, crafts and coloring pages. We do our best to describe every product accurately. If something in your download doesn’t match the description, please let us know (see Refund policy).
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars. If you pay from another country, you may see the price in your own currency at checkout.
- Prices include VAT where it applies. The total you pay is always shown before you confirm your order.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Prices marked “launch price” are introductory prices and may change later. A price change never affects an order you’ve already placed.
- Discount codes can only be used once per order, can’t be exchanged for cash, and can’t be applied to orders after they’re placed.
4. Delivery
As soon as your payment is complete, you’ll be taken to a page with download links for everything you bought. We also email you the same links, and Stripe sends your payment receipt. If the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder. Please save your files to your own device. If you lose access to your downloads, email us with your order details and we’ll send them to you again.
5. Refund policy
Digital downloads and your right of withdrawal
Customers in the European Union normally have a 14-day right to cancel an online purchase. For digital content that is delivered immediately, this right ends once the download is made available, if you agree to this before paying. That’s why our basket asks you to confirm that you want your download straight away and understand that you lose your right of withdrawal. Because our products can be downloaded and kept instantly, we can’t take them back once they’ve been delivered.
When we will refund or fix your order
We still want every customer to be happy. We will gladly fix the problem or refund your purchase if:
- your file is damaged, incomplete or won’t open, and we can’t send you a working version;
- the product is clearly different from its description on our website;
- you accidentally bought the same product twice (we’ll refund the duplicate);
- you paid but never received your download links and we can’t resolve it.
To request a refund, email hello@selahseedkids.com within 30 days of your purchase, with your name, the email address you used and what went wrong. We’ll reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are paid back to your original payment method; it can take a few business days for your bank to process it.
Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
6. How you may use our lessons
When you buy a Selah Seed product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it. In plain terms:
You may:
- use the lessons with your own family, or as one teacher with your own class or group (for example one Sunday school class, homeschool group or classroom);
- print as many copies as you need for the children in that group;
- keep using the lessons year after year with your group.
You may not:
- share the files with other teachers, families or churches, or put them on a shared drive or website;
- sell, resell, upload or redistribute the files or printed copies, in whole or in part;
- translate, adapt or publish the lessons, or use the illustrations elsewhere, without our written permission;
- use the files to train artificial intelligence or machine learning systems.
Teaching more than one class? If several teachers or classes in your church want to use the same lessons, each teacher needs their own copy, or you can ask us about a church license at hello@selahseedkids.com.
The free sample lesson is offered under the same license, for your own use only.
7. Copyright
All lessons, text, illustrations, designs and the Selah Seed name and logo are the property of Selah Seed and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Scripture quotations are taken from the Holy Bible, New Living Translation, copyright ©1996, 2004, 2015 by Tyndale House Foundation. Used by permission of Tyndale House Publishers, Carol Stream, Illinois 60188. All rights reserved.
8. Using the activities safely
Our crafts and games are designed for children ages 5–12 and should always be supervised by an adult. Some activities use scissors, small parts or craft materials. Please choose activities that suit the age, abilities and needs of the children in your group, and check for allergies before using food or other materials.
9. Liability
We work hard to make our lessons accurate and safe to use, but we can’t guarantee they will suit every situation. As far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Purchases on other platforms
Selah Seed products are also sold on Teachers Pay Teachers. Purchases made there are handled by Teachers Pay Teachers and are covered by their terms, refund policy and license, not by these terms.
11. Questions, complaints and applicable law
Have a question or a complaint? Please email us at hello@selahseedkids.com or use our contact form. We reply within 3 business days and aim to resolve every complaint within 14 days.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your own country.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on our website at the moment you placed it.
